AspenCat (Koha) Information

On December 1, 2009 a new union catalog was released--AspenCat.  The catalog contains the records from 8 different ASCC libraries and utilizes LibLime Enterprise Koha system.  The system will continue to grow, with multiple libraries joining the catalog in 2010.

This document will help to guide AspenCat libraries as they use the new system for cataloging and resource sharing. It is a true "living document" and will be updated as new features are available and new cooperative decisions are made.

AspenCat System Parameters and Policies
